Cities, towns and villages are the places we live in.
(Las ciudades, los pueblos y las aldeas son los lugares en los que vivimos).

A city is a big community, where lots of people live and work. In the city there are many buildings and wide streets. Normally, cities are noisy.
(Una ciudad es una gran comunidad en la que mucha gente vive y trabaja. En la ciudad hay muchos edificios y las calles son anchas. Normalmente, las ciudades son ruidosas).

New York is a big city!

A town is smaller than a city, but bigger than a village. There are less buildings in a town than in a city.
(Un pueblo es más pequeño que una ciudad, pero más grande que una aldea. Hay menos edificios en un pueblo que en la ciudad).

This town is very colourful!

A village is a small community. There are not many houses and the streets are narrow. Villages are quiet.
(Una aldea es una pequeña comunidad. No hay muchas casas y las calles son estrechas. Las aldeas son tranquilas).
